Spring Water

Frequently asked questions

Why is the water called Flourish Spring Water?

The word Rehoboth (the Children's Village benefiting from the profits of Flourish Spring Water) comes from the bible verse Genesis 26:22. The story is about Isaac's shepherds who kept moving away from the Philistines due to the fighting over wells. When they eventually settled in a place where there was no more fighting, they dug a well and named it “Rehoboth”. Rehoboth means “space to flourish in the land.” Flourish Spring Water reminds us that God has continued to provide for these children and continues to bless us with more resources in order for them to FLOURISH here.

What is the Jireh Trust?

The Jireh Trust is a separate business entity created to support Rehoboth Children's Village through for-profit efforts such as water-bottling and a macadamia nut orchard. These projects are designed to bring in additional income for the village in the hopes that one day the village will become self-sustaining.
